Party Packages

We provide three different party packages. To check availability and book your party, please complete the contact form at the bottom of this page and one of our team will get back to you as soon as possible. We aim to respond to all party enquiries within 48 hours.

Hire at Home DIY Party

  • 3 Tuff Trays and stands provided - 2 large and 1 small

  • 2 Sensory bases, homemade playdough and a selection of loose parts provided

  • Choose either a random selection or let us know your party theme and we'll do our best to fit your party kit to it

  • Printable activity sheet to include in your party bags (printing service available at additional cost)

  • Collection from Southwater on Friday and return to Southwater on Sunday

  • Cost: £50

Hosted Party

  • One of our team will bring the party kit to a venue of your choice, set up all the activities, be on hand during the party and clear everything up at the end.

  • One hour of play for up to 30 children included. Additional time and/or children at additional cost

  • 3 Tuff Trays and stands (2 large and 1 small) plus choose either our activity table OR mud kitchen to add to your party

  • Sensory bases, homemade playdough and a selection of loose parts provided.

  • Choose either a random selection or let us know the theme of your party and we'll do our best to fit your party kit to it

  • Printable activity sheet to include in your party bags (printing service available at extra cost)

  • Cost: £120 (Additional fuel charge for venues more than 15 miles from Southwater)

Hosted Party at the Church Rooms or Jubilee Hall Scout Hut

  • For this package you will need to make your own booking at either The Church Rooms or Jubilee Hall Scout Hut in Southwater at the current rate.

  • One of our team will set up all the activities, be on hand during the party and clear everything up at the end

  • One hour of play for up to 30 children included. Additional time and/or children at additional cost

  • You'll have access to your choice of our normal equipment (2 large and 1 small tuff trays with stands, small tuff tray without stand, mud kitchen, activity table and ride on diggers)

  • Sensory bases, homemade playdough and a selection of loose parts provided

  • Choose either a random selection or let us know your party theme and we'll do our best to fit your party kit to it

  • Printable activity sheet to include in your party bags (printing service available at an extra cost)

  • Cost: £120

Party Package Terms & Conditions

  • All equipment remains the property of Explorers Sussex and must be returned in the same condition as provided. A £20 deposit is payable on booking which will be returned once all equipment is returned.

  • For DIY packages your party kit must be collected and returned at the agreed times. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the £20 deposit.

  • For hosted parties, all party attendees remain the responsibility of the party host. Explorers employees are not responsible for any children attending the event.

  • For Church Rooms and Jubilee Hall hire, the hire charge of the hall is an additional cost to be paid directly to the management of the relevant hall. We can provide contact details to arrange hire but won't manage the booking on your behalf.

  • For hired venues, please ensure there is adequate set up and clear up time included in your hire period
